THE REMOVAL OF THE PAPER ARRIVES TO STAY IN DTM MOLDS.

One of the most strategic advances that have been made this year in Moldes DTM has been the paper elimination project. The problem was in the elimination of all the technical documentation such as the plans of manufacture and assembly of the molds. This new way of operating is part of the digital transformation plan in which we are immersed and that will allow us to be much more agile and competitive at all levels. We have standardized the productive processes, to be able to carry out all the processes with a 3D. Thanks to PTC’s Creo View and large-format touch screens that have been installed in all production positions. Since January, the projects and their manufacturing and assembly plans are already 100% digital, thus achieving cost savings, time and greater agility in these processes. In addition, it is a clear example of our commitment to the environment.
